About Michael McGreevy
Michael bought his first home in 2006 in Elmwood Village. The 1890’s victorian was in need of a complete rehab. With a couple years of framing experience under his belt but with little or no capital, he decided to take on the project himself. He spent nights and weekends demolishing the plaster walls and packing the debris into garbage bags which he put out to the curb every week. Little by little, he restored the property into a home for his family. Throughout the process he learned a great deal about old Buffalo homes and how to restore them. This experience led Michael to start a residential contracting business which he owned and operated for several years.
Michael’s career took a massive shift when he decided to pursue a certification in professional life coaching. After a significant investment of time and money, Michael became a full-time professional coach serving clients from all over the country. His path eventually led him to helping executives and business owners discover the clarity and confidence they need to become remarkable leaders. He has also served leaders and teams through group trainings, workshops and masterminds. Michael has continued to serve his coaching clients for the past 12 years.
While he enjoyed serving his coaching clients, he desired more time outside of the office connecting with people in person. It was time for another shift. A new direction that allowed him to combine all his skills to serve his clients at a very high level. He aggressively pursued his real estate license and immediately began buying and selling homes for his clients in Western New York.
